MADISON, Miss. (Monday, Dec. 1, 2008) – Well, we are one day away from heading to China. And, as promised, here is a look at our itinerary for the next several days. Don't forget to check back here at our blog for twice daily updates once we arrive in China on Wednesday, Dec. 3.

- Tuesday, Dec. 2: We leave Jackson Northwest at 8:53 a.m. and arrive in Detroit at 12:16 p.m.; we leave Detroit at 1:45 p.m. and arrive in Tokyo at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday; we leave Tokyo at 6:15 p.m. and arrive in Beijing at 9:40 p.m.
- Wednesday, Dec. 3-Tuesday, Dec. 9: Beijing.
- Tuesday, Dec. 9-Friday, Dec. 12: Zhengzhou
- Tuesday, Dec. 9: "Gotcha Day" at civil affairs office at 3 p.m. (1 a.m. Central Daylight Time)
- Friday, Dec. 12- Thursday, Dec. 18: Guangzhou
- Thursday, Dec. 18: We leave Guangzhou at 8:30 a.m. and arrive in Tokyo at 1:45 p.m.; we leave Tokyo at 3:45 p.m. and arrive in Detroit at 1:20 p.m.; we leave Detroit at 7:49 p.m. and arrive in Jackson at 9:21 p.m.
Pam and I plan to spend the day today taking care of last-minute travel details. Later today, I will try to post a couple of new photos. Until then, don't forget to check back on Tuesday for our first official post from our travels.
